Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms of Service govern the use of all products in the Insight series (the "Service") provided by HARMONIC insight LLC (trade name: HARMONIC insight; the "Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (License and Scope of Use)
・Individuals or entities holding a valid license key may use the corresponding product on one device (Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately). ・License keys are non-transferable and may not be resold. ・To use the Service on a different device, please sign out from the previous device first (self-service deactivation is limited to twice per month). ・The Company reserves the right to revoke licenses without prior notice if it detects unauthorized use such as concurrent use of the same license, key sharing, or duplicated distribution.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
・Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the Service ・Sharing, reselling, or lending license keys ・Using the Service to violate laws or infringe on third-party rights ・Placing excessive load on the Company's servers
Article 4 (Subscription and Auto-Renewal)
Subscription products automatically renew at the end of each contract period. Users may cancel before the end of the period via the LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting support@h-insight.jp.
Article 5 (Personal Information)
The Company manages users' personal information appropriately in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please see the Privacy Policy.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
・The Service is provided "as-is." The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. ・The Company's liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the license fees paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 8 (Modifications)
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to the email address registered with the license. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
