Overlap rule: Overlap between tracks is resolved by Deal Registration on a first-come-first-serve basis. The earlier-registered route wins on the same end customer.
FAQ
Can I sign up for both?
Yes. Affiliate is open self-serve; Reseller requires a corporate contract. If you qualify for both, sign up for both — duplicate-deal handling is governed by Deal Registration.
What's the difference between commission and discount?
Affiliate: 'we keep the customer relationship and pay you 20% of the sale.' Reseller: 'you buy at a discount and resell at your own price' — you keep the customer relationship and pricing power.
Which track fits global referrals?
Affiliate by default — orders go through the Global store in USD with Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record handling all tax compliance. Reseller arrangements outside Japan are case-by-case.
How long until I'm running?
Affiliate: apply on Lemon Squeezy → approved within ~2 business days → live immediately. Reseller: discovery call → MSA signed → training, typically 2–4 weeks.
