Contract terms
- Contract period: 12 months (auto-renewal)
- First-year sales quota: None (minimum required for tier maintenance from year 2)
- Payment cycle: Monthly, net 30 days
- Deal Registration: First-registered route wins (prevents overlap with affiliates)
- Invoicing: Reseller issues compliant invoice (JCT in Japan, country-specific elsewhere) to end customer
- End-user support: First-line by partner, second-line by us
- Competition: No restrictions on competing products
- Termination: 30-day written notice required
