Contract terms

  • Contract period: 12 months (auto-renewal)
  • First-year sales quota: None (minimum required for tier maintenance from year 2)
  • Payment cycle: Monthly, net 30 days
  • Deal Registration: First-registered route wins (prevents overlap with affiliates)
  • Invoicing: Reseller issues compliant invoice (JCT in Japan, country-specific elsewhere) to end customer
  • End-user support: First-line by partner, second-line by us
  • Competition: No restrictions on competing products
  • Termination: 30-day written notice required
